CWI Trade (“CWI Trade”, “we”, “us”) is a workplace communication product for businesses (Central Workspace Intelligence — Trade). This policy explains what information we process when you use the public website, demo, or related product services.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run Harvest (for example hosting/database providers) and with platforms you choose to connect (Meta WhatsApp, Microsoft), according to their terms.
We keep message and account data while your organization uses Harvest, or until you disconnect an integration / delete data. You can request deletion by contacting us.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data by emailing us. You may also disconnect WhatsApp or Outlook at any time in Harvest settings.
When you connect WhatsApp, Harvest processes business messaging data via Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform APIs to display and send conversations you authorize. We only use that data to provide the Harvest inbox features you enable.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
